  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m.
    Check-out: ~ 10 a.m.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %
  • What is the payment method?
    We accept cash, various credit cards and QR code payments.
  • Is it possible to stay with my pet?
    Yes. There is a room called “Dog Room” with a dog run where only one group per day can stay with their dogs.
  • Are there any important notes for guests staying with pets?
    When you come here with your dogs, it is mandatory to bring a proof of a rabies preventive vaccine or vaccination certification.
    We kindly ask you to bring and present it when you check in.
    *If your pet cannot get vaccinated due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us.

    Shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, and hair brush.
  • Is it possible to do BBQs and have meals even if it rains?
    Yes. Each building is equipped with a private dining space, so you can comfortably enjoy meals even on rainy days.
  • Is there an air conditioner and heater?
    Yes. It is fully equipped with an air conditioner and heater, so you can comfortably enjoy our facility throughout the year.
  • Is there a Wi-Fi?
    Yes. It is available in all rooms.
  • Is there a shower and bathroom (toilet)?
    Yes. All rooms are equipped with them individually.

  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
    Yes. It is possible to bring your favorite ingredients and beverages.

  • Is it possible to bring my BBQ grill?
    Bringing your fire-causing devices is not allowed from a safety perspective. We appreciate your understanding.
    If you would like to have a BBQ with the Sudomari plan, please select a BBQ grill from Options on the Reservation page.

  • Is there a shuttle service?
    If you would like a shuttle service, please consult us.
    There is a possibility that we cannot offer a shuttle service depending on the situation.
  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    Yes. However, only sparklers are allowed.
    I am afraid you cannot do fireworks that make big noises or skyrocket fireworks.
  • Is there a convenience store and supermarket?
    There is Sun Mart Kitazono Store, Lawson Tottori Hamasaka Danchi Store, and FamilyMart Tottori Kakuji Store.
